The focus is on flatbreads, from piadina to pizza, and the ingredients that go with them in two important regions, Romagna and Campania. Naturally we will visit artisans along our way, learning about Parmigiano-Reggiano in Emilia, Squacquerone cheese in Romagna and Mozzarella di Bufala in Campania... fresh pasta, dried pasta, pizza in Naples, and much more!
